Love With Food March 2014 "Flavors of the World"

Love With Food is a monthly snack subscription box. They specialize in sending organic, all-natural snacks. There are two boxes to choose form. The tasting box or the deluxe box. This review is for the tasting box. You can do a monthly, 6 month, or annual plan on either box. I do the monthly plan so I pay $10 plus $2 for shipping. So $12 for this box.

Each box comes with a description card of the items you have received.

Wai Lana Chips- Sea Salt & Vinegar 1oz bag retails for $1.39. 

These "chips" were surprisingly very delicious. Kinda reminded me of the Lime Lays Potato chips. If I ever come across theses I'll definitely pick one (or 2) up.

Vintage Italia Pasta Chips- Marinara 1oz bag retails for about 90 cents

The 5oz bag costs $4.49

I really wish there had been more of this. It was super delicious. So good in fact I ripped open the bag to lick the inside. I've been on the look out for these but unfortunately haven't been able to find them in my area so far. Bummer because I have a coupon as well.

Walkers Pure Butter Shortbread 1oz pack retails for about 83 cents

A 12ct box retails for $9.99

I'm not sure if it's the same brand but I have tried this type of product before from my ex-neighbor. She is from Scotland and anytime her sister would come to the States to visit she would bring some goodies like these with her. I loved them with my morning coffee. And my son couldn't get enough of them either. He was always excited to see our neighbors sister or mother come because he knew that they were going to bring some of these yummy treats.

Emmy's Macaroons- Chai Spice 2oz bag retails for $2.95

I was very hesitant to try these. But i'm glad I did. I really liked them. I loved the coconut taste it had. I enjoyed it with nice cup of Earl Grey Tea that I received in my box as well.

Desert Gardens Chili & Spice Company- Taco & Burrito Meat Seasoning retails for $3.45

I don't often make tacos. We're not a big taco eating family but I kinda had to so I could try this out. My husband and children really enjoyed the meat. My kids kept eating just the meat because it was that good. And my husband asked when I would be making this again. So looks like i'm gonna have to order some more of this yumminess.

Taylors of Harrogate- Earl Grey Tea retails for about 14 cents

Now I finally got to see why Capt. Jean-Luc Picard loved his "Tea, Earl Grey, Hot". And I have to say the man may be onto something. I seethed it with some honey and it tasted pretty good. i enjoyed it with my Macaroons I received in my box as well.

Pierrot Gourmand Lollipop retails for about 45 cents

You can buy 12 pieces for $5.30

This wasn't a win for anyone in my family. We all literally had one lick and that was it. It's candy so i thought for sure my kids would love it but I was wrong. This went straight to the trash.

Chimes Ginger Chews- Original and Mango I'm guessing about 25 cents per piece?

This kinda reminded me of the mexican candies but with a blander flavor. So I had to threw these out as well. 

I also received 2 discount codes for 2 of the products in the box and 2 coupons as well. The two 20% off coupon codes are for Emmy's Organic Products and Desert Gardens Products. The $1 off coupon is for a 5oz bag of the pasta chips and 75 cents off any package of Walkers Shortbread Fingers 3.9ox or larger.

This wasn't the best value box I have received but I do always love discovering new, healthy, all-natural products. Especially since my husband and I are trying to be more "Paleo" in our eating habits. More so my hubby then me. The overall value of my box was about $10.41. But the coupons kinda make up for that.
